Still waiting on a lower floor apartment I've been living here for years I gave office my doctor's note saying I needed a lower floor apartment no stair entry hopi open and praying I can get off this 3rd floor apartment soon as I have C o p d back pain leg pain and stairs are unbearable.

The staff there is so rude to the point it makes no sense . i can't believe the person that own those apartments will have people like that working for them . need a whole nother staff . can't get or keep good tenants with a crapy staff .
Yesterday, December 23rd, 2024, a worker went to Mt apartment to discover there was no proper heat, the downstairs heater was non-existent. He left & never came back. . Today December 24th, 2024, Christmas Eve, we can't be downstairs because it's so damn cold, but then again, it's been like this for yrs. The hot water doesn't last long in winter so most of the time I'm taking cold showers at wintertime, I'm anemic! Smh. There's mold in here as well! lived here for 15 years of my life n it has always been a low life experience. the staff here suck and do nothing when you have a problem. so many times where we’ve had a problem in our house wether it’s the toilet, mice problem or other things sometimes people don’t come and if they do, they do nothing to repair it there’s been sometimes where we have had no hot water absolutely none and we’ve gone sometimes days without it. do not apply here if you are looking for somewhere decent to live. it has never been a problem to ha... read more
