Unbelievable sales and service! My husband tried some new classic skis and bought the whole set the next day! Thank you so much for your expertise and guidance! We LOVE this store and it'll be my turn for new skis, boots, and poles next year! Can't wait! Thank you, Rita, for all your help!

Busy place but they have good gear and always take time to help you with what you need. Anyone can have a challenging day, but when Rita found out about the problem with my ski boots she contacted me after working hours and came through to my complete satisfaction like the champion she is. This isn't just a sporting goods store: it's an extreme sports store. Every time I need a new pair of trail-running shoes, Rita tries to figure out exactly what I need--down to the way I wear out my shoes and even trail specific! They are phenomenal sports outfitters.
I have wanted to review the Winthrop Mountain Sports Store for a long Time because that have been so great on so many levels. They have a killer sales loft,the staff is so nice and knowledgeable,the selection is off the hook. I just love this store and nothing else compares.
