Poorly managed and impossible to get ahold of a real person actually on location.
Old hotel and run down. Bed ok, just sheet and bedspread. Breakfast very sub standard. Won’t come back.
Definitely lived up to its 2 star rating. Front desk clerk super friendly! The rooms, however, were definitely lacking for the $250/night rate. -There was no TV remote in our room -The bedding was very, very cheap material - bath towels extremely small Overall, it served its purpose (crash for a night), but definitely not a place I'd pay that much to stay in again. I've paid less a night and stayed at way better hotels.
Door locks seemed like a consumer smart lock, we were given a code, and door did not automatically lock, you had to push a button after it was closed to lock.
