Had a medical emergency on the premises and not only did the valet refuse to let me in the lobby, but they laughed at me and wouldn’t even let my wife and two young children idle the car while I was being attended.

Very unwelcoming, disrespectful staff. I’m never coming back or even considering to live here. Was waiting on a friend (a resident here) to come down through the lobby but they just kicked us out for sitting outside at the benches since we aren’t residents. Haven’t even sat for a minute as well.
