Both my Mom and step dad go to WFM. They see Dr Brown and sometimes Meagan Mihalik and have received above and beyond care. Dr Brown is so patient and knowledgeable. We have to call often as my parents are 89. We have worked with both Lisa the nurse and Lisa the social worker and are ever so grateful for this teams care. All staff have been professional and caring.

Absolutely the very best primary care facility I've ever been part of in my life. Friendly staff, Professional staff that actually cares and follows up on your treatment. I highly recommend them

I’ve been a patient for 3 years. Would have given 5 stars three years ago, but as of November 2024, it’s gone downhill. Staff varies currently between being very friendly and helpful and being flippant and dismissive. My doctor was promising at first but during my last annual checkup I was treated like cattle. She didn’t listen to a word I said and seemed more interested in impressing the student physician with her. My appointment ran so late that I had to leave without finishing the appointment. It's unpleasant when a family member with a documented medical history is told they can't be seen by their doctor and go to urgent care. I would give this medical practice ZERO stars.. but it makes me give one by default. This scenario has happened multiple times now. Lazy practice
