Absolutely the very best primary care facility I've ever been part of in my life. Friendly staff, Professional staff that actually cares and follows up on your treatment. I highly recommend them
I’ve been a patient for 3 years. Would have given 5 stars three years ago, but as of November 2024, it’s gone downhill. Staff varies currently between being very friendly and helpful and being flippant and dismissive. My doctor was promising at first but during my last annual checkup I was treated like cattle. She didn’t listen to a word I said and seemed more interested in impressing the student physician with her. My appointment ran so late that I had to leave without finishing the appointment. It's unpleasant when a family member with a documented medical history is told they can't be seen by their doctor and go to urgent care. I would give this medical practice ZERO stars.. but it makes me give one by default. This scenario has happened multiple times now. Lazy practice
Staff is always so friendly and helpful
Having to sign a form at your physical stating that you agree if you discuss anything other than what’s covered in your physical will be kept track of and they will bill you separately/additionally is absolutely horrible. Just a number, my husband will be looking for a new pcp. Do better WFP ! My husband goes to the office once a year for his physical and maybe one other time during the year. He’s not a frequent flyer.
