Gave us a non-renewal of lease 2 days before Christmas with no reasoning & state they don’t have to give us a reason. Never been late with our rent, or been given any notice of issues. Completely heartless when we called to discuss why and figure out if there was anything we could do about it. Do not rent here.
Haven't been here since I left when I was 27 and I heard it's got where you not only pay lot rent but water sewer they no longer included in the lot rent
They don't keep the people out that is banned from it
Justin was great explained everything I need for the RV site.
I rented an RV lot here, Justin made the paperwork a breeze, Hambo is great friendly manager... clean, quiet, nice paved roads, good size lots.... very happy here
