Do NOT move here!! In order to get any work done, you literly have to threaten them with code enforcement. The new management is no better than the old management. Crack houses in at least 2 apartments in three building I was in. NEVER fixed the leak in the bathroom
Winterwood Apartments are doing a lot better. I am a Sub-Contractor for the complex. The repairs and upgrades we are installing are for the better. They are definitely invested in making the property a better suited place to live. Anise is the office manager, she is on point about her business. The cleaning staff sweeps and mops the halls. They have a groundskeeper whom walks the property 2 times a day for trash. The maintenance is prompt. I am impressed at the effort.
