Dr. Brown & his staff are absolutely amazing. My cat passed away Sunday & when i came in on Monday they were a tremendous help setting up his cremation. I also asked the lady if she could get a stamp of his paw for me. Well today in the mail i received a card & his two paw prints. Thank you guys for making this heartbreaking thing as peaceful as it could.
My mother and I took her very feisty, I guess you could say mean,18 year old cat here yesterday. She didn’t have an established vet since the one she went to was quite mean to her. She’s not a cat that’s easy to handle; she’ll bite, scratch, & scream at you. The office staff and Dr Brown were fantastic!!! They weren’t afraid to handle her, despite the warnings she was giving. My mother was beyond nervous for her to go, but they made her very comfortable with the care & concern they showed. Thank you all!!!! It meant more tha... read more
Dr. Brown has been there for us for 25 years seeing our dogs and cats from when they were babies, to the end of their longer than normal lives. I've always appreciated his open-mindedness when our opinions differed. Never too busy to come to the phone or call back. He has never let us down. Naturally, the staff has changed in so many years, but he always had a good one. The staff now couldn't be any nicer. It's truly a pleasure to call there.
