Five stars is an understatement for this place. The lady at reception when we checked in was absolutely fantastic. She explained everything so well — including things to do around Bicheno — which made our stay even more enjoyable. We were given a complimentary upgrade to our own apartment, which was the cherry on top. The accommodation was top-notch: modern, spotless, and very comfortable. Room wasn’t clean, swimming pool also not clean, noisy at night
5 stars are under statement for this place. The lady who was @ the reception when were checking in , was absolutely fantastic.She explained everything , like things to do around Bicheno and what not.
