I found Winter’s transportation (owned by Michael) after struggling with Uber’s unfriendly interface. I couldn’t get their frustrating app to locate the precise place from which I needed a ride. It was a remote location, a boat ramp on the Mississippi River, but with GPS coordinates, I figured Uber would work. No such luck.
