I didn’t have the best experience at this title company that got my check wrong and then when I brought it to their attention they made me feel as if it was my fault causing the clients to have to re sign paperwork and have them questioning the numbers including discussing all of this in front of the buyer which it wasn’t hear business. Took it upon themselves to make a payment to rocket mortgage on my behalf for a final insurance payment that hasn't even been cashed without asking and then required me to pay them back. Asked them to simply request that rocket mortgage cancel the check and have them (RM) refund the amount Winters Title Agency sent them, but "we can't contact them due to our policy". Regardless of the fact that they had no trouble contacting them to make the payment in the first place. Overall an unpleasant experience due to miscommunication... read more
