If you are a private customer who values your vehicle, time, or hard-earned money, stay as far away from Winters Smash Repairs as possible. Just dropped in for some advice about whether it was worth making an insurance claim. Paul was very helpful and put our minds at ease about the damage to our car.
Absolutely ridiculous pricing!!! Quoted over $7,000 to repair minor impact damage. Quote was approx 2x the value of the car and 3 other quotes received were all under $2,000. If you don’t want to do a job ur better to be honest than make everyone think ur just out to rip ur customers off!! Bad form 🤦♂️
Winters Smash Repairs are a great company, had an accident & right from the start they helped me no questions asked what so ever. Even helped get the claim pushed through as well & made my car a priority as the insurance company was giving me the run around. Highly recommend them to anyone, just a FYI YOU can choose your repairer not your insurance company as MOST insurance companies have a wide range of approved repairers, they get bonus points for using “their recommended repairers”.
They did great work fixing some scratch marks on our Cx-5 in a timely manner - however, as a result of leaving the interior dirty I have subtracted a star.
