Would give zero if possible worst manners and very unprofessional. Staff gives inaccurate information and rude.
My husband and I met Dr. Winters today for the first time. She was very friendly, sweet, informative and highly knowledgeable. She has a very calm and professional demeanor about her. I know this might not make sense to many people, but her "energy" was good. Neither my husband nor myself use doctors frequently (we're homeopathic unless we believe it's absolutely 100% necessary to see a healthcare provider).
