Absolutely terrible business. Totally unreliable and blatant liars. After they missed my regular pickup day I called every day for 5 days each day they told me they would be picking it up that day. I finally gave up, hired a new company, and they came and got my existing garbage within 30 minutes. No one should ever use this company.

Worst place ever!!! Check out the pic I posted of a driver leaving a HUGE roll off dumpster in the middle of the f*****g road!!! If they do this just imagine what kind of service u will get from them. STAY AWAY!!! GIVE IT NEGATIVE 10 STARS.

We've been very pleased with Winters' Bros since they took over from Thomas Refuse. I only wish they had sent out a holiday schedule so that we'd know when they were closing so we didn't have to guess. Other than that they've been great. We love the bins. We're recycling so much more now, It's great! Our trash volume is a fraction of what it had been before. If we can recycle that much of our household waste then we can make a difference in the environment.

The customer service and management is horrible. Been waiting 3 days past the scheduled pick up day for the trash removal. This is just another incident in a long list of bad service.Calling them is useless they just give you a stupid song and dance story and the manager never gets back to you even after leaving multiple voicemails and emails. If the owners were smart they would immediately fire management and start over!

I was Winters' Bros customer untill 2013. I switched to SDS for better service and price. SDS sold their customers to Winters' Bros in 2015. So I am back again with Winters' Bros. They sent me the new bill covered 2 months ahead and I did pay them all. This week they did not pick up the trash and it has been 10 days already. I call everyday and they keep saying today but nothing is done. Are they trying to penalize me because I canceled their service before? I hope they do not run their business like the mob.

I was in my car in Patterson NY. I was behind one of the truck when all of a sudden the truck started to back up on top of me. I honked the horn and the driver got out and started yelling at me. If this is what the company wants representing them good luck.

, POOR customer service! I recently became a Winter Brothers customers as a result of them buying the local mom/pop garbage company I was using. Their lack of response to an issue that occurred, lack of timely follow up, and their disregard for customer service is astounding. I am no longer using their service. I do NOT recommend this company.
