Always honest with customers . He is a very knowledgeable mechanic. We use his service and he appreciates his customers
Called to ask if they do inspection stickers and mentioned that I have a windshield tint. The person on the phone responded in a rude tone, saying, “Not interested in that.” It was clear they didn’t want my business and didn’t sound welcoming at all. If customer service matters to you, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
My go to place. Always trying to work with my work schedule. Fair prices, honest feedback about the good and the bad. Overnight drop off if need be. The longer I have been a customer, the more pleased I am with everything overall.
