Chad installed infloor heat in the addition we put on. They system kept cutting out and it took a few months to figure out that they had not cut the exhaust line correctly and this was causing backpressure and shutting down the system. Now the sensor keeps tripping off and when we called to have Chad service the system he said he was too busy to go else where. We went directly to the manufacturer of the system and they have provided direction on how to fix the system ourselves. Chad was of no assistance when there were issue... read more
Best company name ever
Chad was a pleasure to work with. Attention to detail and finished product looked awesome. We had Trouble with our boiler (factory defect) months later and chads team worked tirelessly with the manufacture to get it rectified. I would hire them again and would recommend Winterhalt mechanical to anyone looking for a good quality plumber.
