Do not buy a home here!! Closed last year in November and it's been the worst experience buying our first home. The homes are poorly constructed and made with very cheap material. We did a walk through with Sam Maxwell and that was absolutely pointless. Our floors are still covered in paint from the touch ups they made. The driveway and entry way have paint like you wouldn't believe. They repaired a wall on the second floor and did not bother to vacuum or be considerate that this was someone's new home build.
