This clinic is the absolute worst clinic I’ve ever been to. They have no idea how to run the front counter and have someone inexperienced working there. They don’t pick up and you have to call at least five times before you get an answer. The doctors won’t let you do multiple things in one appointment, you have to book multiple which is absolute bull. Don’t go to this clinic if you value your time.
Bad , very bad , disappointing. I had appointment . I showed up 20 minutes ahead of my appointment and I still hv to wait another hour to see doctor . And doctor didn’t spend 5 minutes . They don’t value our time . Rude receptionist.
The only reason I gave one star is because I had to to write this post. The front staff are beyond rude and downright unhelpful. You can never get through on the phone and I’ve seen so many other “doctors” who aren’t yet licensed fully in Alberta that I can’t count them all. It took FIVE MONTHS for my WCB claim paperwork to be filed, but that’s ok. Who needs physio when you can just have pain meds thrown at you for every situation.
