Excellent rain forest walk along old log tramway. Lots of sassafras leatherwood and myrtle trees. Sometimes wet underfoot but easy gradient. Options for loop track or steep climb up to Black Bluff above. Allow whole day.

Worth the walk. Get harder as it goes and could definitely get lost in here 😂 Take water and snacks and don’t give up. Highly recommend. We did in 3.5 with stops. 5hrs as it says on sign is overkill but doesn’t take away from intensity. Great fun 👍🏼
Parks Tasmania should close this hike! We drove over 20 mins on a dirt road before coming across a hazard sign. There is a sink hole on the middle of the road so this hike is inaccessible.
