Our first visit to the store started out fine. Two women were helpful enough while we shopped. We bought a variety of items for slightly under $100. Upon removing the outer plastic wrap from a designer plastic wrap kit we bought, I decided I didn't want to bother with any assembly, and thought to return the $15 item. When I tried to return the kit, I was told by the owner that there was "nothing I can do about it. How am I supposed to sell it now?" Hmm.
