I have had nothing but a positive experience since switching to Winterberry a few months ago. They addressed all my needs immediately, sent me for testing, called me back for follow ups, and listened to my concerns. They took better care of me in the short 3 months I've been there than the 3 years at my last GP. The video calls make it easier as well and they are very prompt.
