Booked an appointment and took time off work. They then called me 30 mins before my appointment to cancel it, after already taking 1.5 hours off of work for the morning appointment. It was already hard enough trying to get an appointment in the first place after the online booking didn’t work. Very unprofessional
Great clinic with helpful staff. I always feel listened to and well taken care of.
