Very disappointed with Dr. Raza. She has been my family doctor for 1 year and I never see her. Today I got virtual appointment and she had connection issue from her end as I can see and hear her properly. I requested her to rejoin and she said her screen is all black. Meaning issue was from her end. I waited 20 mins and then called reception desk and they informed me Dr. Raza is booked for rest of the day. I’ve been a patient at this office for just under a year, and my experience has been consistently positive. The staff are professional, kind, and efficient. From booking appointments to checking in and follow-ups, everything has been smooth and well organized. I’ve always found it easy to get an appointment within a reasonable timeframe, which makes a big difference when you’re not feeling well. Been a patient with them for many many years. Been going here since back in the day when Dr. Steven Zizzo was seeing regular patients. Love the staff and have had very positive experiences. I can think of maybe 1 doctor and two nurses whom I would not recommend my worst to see. But others are genuinely awesome. Their booking system is ahead of the times but is still very imperfect. They said, I have no intentions of switching any time soon. Great place!
