I just shopped Winter Ridge for the first time. The store is clean, well organized, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I would have like to have spoken to a manager about my concerns, but the only manager available was on lunch break and I would have had to have waited for her break to end. I am shopping for low or no sodium snack and meal options. Sodium is one of the most dangerous and unhealthy additives on the planet. RecommendedWinter Ridge has been one of the only places to shop organic for a long time now, as it is the only health food store around. I even remember before they got popular and remodeled it, it was teensy-tiny.but now it's lots bigger with produce now and a deli with yummy food in the hot cases, very expensive tho!! They have a wide selection of diff kinds of beer and wines, lots of gluten free options. I love their baked goods too! 💖

As a high-level health and wellness expert, I have confronted many "wellness business" and showed them ways that they could easily improve their quality.
