On behalf of my grandmother, this neighborhood is so quiet and so clean! Trash is constantly picked up and recycling is easy to maintain. Bulk item pickup is back again for things such as furniture and mattresses, dates are on website.Dogs, sweet ones, and kids everywhere but there is a park nearby as this community wasn’t filled with kids until now. Update: I added 2 stars to my review because they changed administration and president which has been positive for the most part. Still a quiet and nice neighborhood. However, there is no bulk pickup service any more which is very inconvenient. There are only two parking spots per unit and the visitors parking areas are very limited. You also have to inform when you will have visitors to get them parking passes but the office hours are limited, inconvenient when get last minute visits and for people who work on regular busin... read more

Was visiting my uncle and he cannot go to the pool. He lives right there at the pool where he could actually wave to me or even have a conversation lol. Michelle was president at the time and told me that I needed to leave the pool area because my uncle wasn't with me. I explained circumstances but she said I had to leave anyways. And I did.
