Completely unprofessional. I waited nearly two weeks to receive a call back just to schedule an evaluation. We finally get it scheduled, and they call me on the way there to ask where we were. Apparently someone on their end wrote down our appointment for an hour earlier than was stated to me. Don't waste your time.
Beautiful place to bring my kids, the therapist are great and my kids had progressed a lot, better and faster than in any other clinics I took them before. I really recommend them without hesitation. They should accept more insurances and give the opportunity to more kids to have a great therapy.
My son loves going to therapy the staff there make it a truely enjoyable event. When I found out my son needed therapy I was worried about insurance covering it. They got in contact with my doctor and worked through everything for me and made it so easy I couldn't believe. It is a fun friendly environment and I can't even begin to tell the changes in my son just after a month of attending.
