WPV has never let me down! Especially for emergencies. They have vets tht specialize in small animals, like rats and sugar gliders, which can be difficult to find. The staff here is wonderful, and the vets are amazing. Not to mention they are open seven days a week! My beloved rat, Fievel, was my first pet to come here. She had cancer and they had to operate to remove it. I was given another year with her, and was thankful for that. I have since recommended them, and bring my cats here for emergency visits. Every staff member that assisted us in our very hard time were absolutely amazing. We were treated with the utmost respect. Staff allowed us as much time as we needed, never rushing us. We felt they truly cared for us and our fur baby. I would recommend them a million times over. Thank you for your kindness and sympathy.
The best Emergency Veterinary Hospital. My wife and I experienced a traumatic event with our king charles cavalier and they got us in Stat as a walk-in. Dr. Andrade was really kind and did a complete workup. Dr. Caitrine is trained in herbal medicine and I really like how they not only prescribed conventional medicine but also herbs to help our little one heal. I can't recommend Winter Park Veterinary Urgent Care enough! They are the best and I plan to bring all of our furbabies here from this point out.
We brought our cat in for urgent care on a Saturday night and they were incredibly helpful! I highly recommend this veterinarian!
