Update: Just need to thank Eric and his team again! Twila recently got her teeth done and she recovered very quickly. We ended up getting 2 more guinea pigs, overall they are doing good and luckily found out koko needs to have her teeth done. Always satisfied with how kind and knowledgeable everyone is. We sadly lost a piggie back in January, nobody's fault, by the time she was showing symptoms it was too late and the symptoms were unsual. We just moved to the area and are so happy we found the Winter Park Veterinary Wellness center. We have a 14 y/o pup with a lot of anxiety and the staff here were so phenomenal with her care. Gentle and knowledgeable. Gerlaine and Alexandra and the Vet were amazing. So happy we found this center.
Great experience at the Wellness Center. Staff were friendly, especially Gerlaine, helpful and attentive. Scout loved all the care and treats today. We'll be coming back for sure.
Our pups had an amazing experience with Dr. Cardenas, Tech Gerlaine, and TA Alexandra. They were all patient and kind even though it was a stressful experience for our young puppy. The pupsicle was an appreciated gesture and tails were wagging when we left.
This practice is exceptional! Their service and their staff are professional and friendly. The atmosphere is welcoming and you can tell their staff enjoy what they do. Dr Los Kamp recently helped me through the passing of my pet. He's caring and compassionate. He made one of the hardest things I've ever had to do somewhat bearable.
