Hello my name is Kimberly I’ve been going to advent health urology for about a year seeing Dr Patel, alittle background I have a bladder condition called painful bladder syndrome as well as dealing with a recurring bladder infection. I live about an hr away so I use telehealth for my appointments with DR Patel. The last time I had the cystoscopy procedure, I was traumatized, but my experience with Dr. Rackest made me change my mind. He is an excellent doctor. I found it to be a very simple and painless procedure, I recommend it to all men who have to go through this procedure, it seemed very simple to me.
Dr. Patel is wonderful. He really listens and also explains everything so that you completely understand. He’s attentive and has a great sense of humor-something I wish more doctors had. A+++ doctor!
