The staff was helpful and lovely to talk to. They helped me understand what I needed, what would fit my lifestyle, and helped me pick glasses that suited me. This office has the feeling of small town optometrist, but with a great selection of glasses.
I came to Dr. Pelaez with an urgent eye injury, and even though she had a full schedule, she made the time to see me right away. She was very kind, understanding, professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel like she actually cares. She gave me a speedy yet thoroughly examination and got me all fixed up. I'm very thankful for her care, and I highly recommend Dr. Pelaez and Winter Park Optical for all your eye-related needs.
