We have rented from Winter Park Lodging Company for years, and they are always a great choice. The property was prepared and ready for us 2 hours ahead of our arrival, the condo was well supplied with essentials, and it even had humidifiers and fans in each room. The Webber gas grill on the porch was clean and easy to use for grilling chicken and burgers. The office staff were quick to respond to a request to adjust the heat on our hot tub. Beautiful unit in Winter Park. Convenient to everything!
Base Village Loft 113 was clean, well-maintained, and had a fully-equipped kitchen. This was our third stay with Winter Park Lodging and, as usual, all instructions and communications were timely, complete, and easy to understand. Their customer service is extraordinary. 5+ stars!
Internet was off first 2 days but otherwise everything was great
