Had a low battery warning, they got us in and out within 20minutes, all checked out, fantastic service!!!
If you’re looking to get a flat tire changed out or someone to tell you that you need an oil change when it’s displayed on your dashboard this is the place. If you are actually looking to get your car, taken care of and serviced would not recommend. I am local and bought tires from this shop about a year ago. The tires are completely trashed (all four) after 30 K miles. They are Michelin all climate tires guaranteed to last 60 K miles according to the Michelin warranty. We were on our way out and our engine light came on, Isaac very kindly took at look at the code and explained our options. I was super impressed with his knowledge and integrity, he was so helpful and just honestly wanted to give us good information. We decided to risk the drive, without repair and he even gave a few recommendations for stops on our route thru Nebraska if we did have trouble. great customer service. James McCracken helped me change a headlight quickly when i spent 4 hours trying to do it myself.
I called late Friday afternoon, explained to the person on the phone my problem. I also said that I had a deadline and was limited on time. He told me He would see me the next morning, a Saturday, and not to worry about the deadline. Darius, Andrew and that entire crew went right to work!! No upsells, no garbage talk, just pure professionalism. I can’t thank them enough for pulling me out of a jam! Thank you Thankyou guys, you’re the best!!
