A big thank you to Judi Robison and her help with the purchase of my Zipp Wheels from Fit Lab. Judi provided me with demo wheels that I could ride on for a week to help me determine if this was for me. When I decided to go ahead and purchase the wheels, the turnaround time was same day and the process was very smooth. In fact, she also arranged for my cables, chain and cassette to be replaced at the same time the wheels were installed. I appreciate the knowledge and the ease in which Judi deals with her customers.
I wanted to thank Judi for everything she has taught me along the way with my road bike. From fitting me properly with both a helmet and shoes, to teaching me how to ride safely out on the road. For a beginner, that can be a very scary thing. Not only that, but she takes the time out from her days off to take new riders out to the hills of Clermont or the flats of the local cities to teach proper gear changing. I normally do not post any reviews, but felt compelled to write about the extraordinary service I received when I visited The Fit Lab in Lake Mary. I have been having issues with moving around too much in the saddle (bicycle seat) which made an unenjoyable, uncomfortable ride for me. A HUGE thank you to Judi for many things but most importantly for her time, dedication and patience in helping me and others train for the MS 150 Citrus Bike Tour. She helped us all gain confidence with bike handling skills and riding with groups and really takes care to ensure we are all safe on the roads. What a terrible way to treat customers. Today we were riding the cross seminole to wekiva trail and got turned around. After getting lost we see a bike shop. Around 1045am we pulled in front of this bike shop to look at purchasing new pedals. We didnt even get to go in the store as they didnt open till 11am. A woman unlocked the door looked at us and said "do u need something small" we replied with " we noticed you were still closed we can wait while you open we want to look at new pedals" the woman Judy as we later learned ... read more
