My views may be biased but you'd be hard pressed to find another attorney, or human in general, with a better moral compass. He is a solid attorney with a great win record. In regard to the reviews from Tyler W. and Zach L. below, a simple CCAP search will show that Atty. Winter did not represent either of them in any of their court litigations.
The worst “lawyer” I’ve ever worked with. 2,500 dollars down the drain. This guy will just collect a paycheck and do nothing to help you. He even worked against me at my final hearing! Will not return calls or emails and has delayed correspondence. HE EVEN SENT ME SOMEONE ELSES PRIVATE DOCUMENTS! Stay away!
Showed up late to the first court hearing. He literally did nothing but take the paycheck. Worst "lawyer" ive ever seen.
