I've called on Winter Hill for home improvement projects three times over the years and I can say they are a great group. They are responsive and there is a good level of quality to the work too. It's always smart to compare costs but Winter Hill will compete to give you the best price. Their office folks are also great too.
These guys are truly the best contractor I've dealt with in a long time. Professional, timely, thorough and really committed to making sure that I as a customer was 100% happy. I really dread hiring contractors because it's so hit or miss. Not with Cesar and Gustavo. Would recommend to anyone with confidence.
