Highly recommended--professional and personable staff which allows one to feel relaxed and calm, clean large waiting area and restroom, explained everything in detail, sent a hard copy of instructions as what to do afterwards, followed up with a phone call to make sure all was well which it was already healing. I appreciate being referred to them.

Had a scheduled appointment my minor daughter. When i scheduled the appointment, i asked what the rules are for scheduling since i have 2 yr old. I was told nothing. I wasn't even told to wear a mask. I had received seven text messages and appointments reminder call . Not once was there any instructions. I showed up for the appointment today. We were greeted by a staff member. She didn't ask for my daughter's or my name. She asked if my daughter was over the age of 18. I was then advised that appt would need to be reschedule... read more

When making a consult, make sure you call back day prior to your appointment to ensure benefits were ran. They initial promised to run my benefits and billed after services rendered. Nope! Waited until after consult was completed and had me pay 150.00 before even billing my insurance. They know protocol upfront for a new patient.
