Mike is an amazing massage therapist. I not only felt so much better after my treatment but he also suggested some helpful exercises for my key areas of soreness. I also appreciated that, although he did talk during the massage, he wasn't overall chatty but focused on giving me feedback on the treatment. Absolutely amazing! I had an appointment yesterday and this was by far the best massage I have ever had in my life. I left there not only feeling better but also with the education on some exercises to help problems area to get me through until my next massage appointment. Highly Recommend!
