Absolutely the WORST ER experience we’ve ever had! They won’t let me in to support my elderly Mother & Father because they are “too busy”! I am my parents POA & they told us that my father (who had quadruple bypass surgery 3 months ago) would have to swap out with me if I went in (so I am now sitting in their parking lot while she sits in their lobby with 180/60 blood pressure & excruciating pain with no one to speak up for her because they won’t let her daughter in!!!!)!
