Very rude trash collectors. They knock over my barrels and come screaming at me to pick it up. Poor attitude and very non professional. And then they yell at me about the barrels have to be shut......my whole street has them filled just as me. And then they start yelling at each other.....I don't know you must have found these guys at home Depot parking lot or something

Truck dropped bin so hard that wheels came off. Tried to put them back on. Could not. Left bin and wheels out the next week in hopes they might fix it. During pick up they took away the wheels but not the bin! Called! Took a month before I got a new bin that would stand up.

Requested trash cans. Told order put in and could take a couple weeks. Called few weeks later and told order wasn’t put in. Put recycling out in front of house as we were told. Collector skipped it. Asked him why he skipped it and gave me a number to call. Called the number only to look out my window as he circled around and picked up my recycling. Put trash out in our bin. Collector picks it up and three trash bags fall out onto the street. Drives away. Is this real life?

It's going on 4 weeks without trash Debris pickup. I have called 4 times. Prior to this it was 3 weeks without a pickup.
