Got scammed by the dealership. I filled out the form on the dealership website where if I test drive either a Daytona Charger or a Wagoneer that I would receive a free $50 Amazon gift card. I did this over 6 business days ago. I was told that it would be mailed to me. I only live 8 minutes away from the dealership. It was a great first time car buyer experience , Keith was very helpful and patient.
Took my wife's 16 Journey in for abs service. Was told that they don't have the part and probably won't ever have the part, so we basically have a useless vehicle. Proceeded to charge me over $200 diagnostic charge (which by the way does not apply to the final bill if I ever have the work done). Major rip off! Dodge should do more for their customers since their vehicles seem to all be having this issue. Should have been a recall on this because making your customers go through this headache is really bad business.
Excellent service. No pressure, found me the perfect truck and sales team was very friendly while waiting for the processing for my trade in etc. Phil Kaiser was my salesperson and I can’t say enough about how much he went out of his way to assist with the truck and buying options for the truck bed cover etc after the fact. 2025 Dodge Rebel
From the moment walking in the door felt totally comfortable with the sales staff. Wasn't pressuring or dismissed. Keith welcomed me, and good knowledge of the vehicles. All the way thru the process management & thru the fiance office everyone was very nice. Would definitely return to their dealership in the future if & when needed.
