I have been coming to this Dealership for many years. Their staff in the Service Department is great. Today I worked with Samantha. She took in my Jeep and let me know what was going on and got me out quickly. When buying a vehicle it is very important to think of who will be taking care of it when you need recommended maintenance and have issues. Thank you Samantha and the entire team. Even though I was from out of town, the dealership was very customer, friendly and service oriented. I would highly recommend them.
During my visit, I purchased a Jeep Wrangler from Rak Hovart. Unfortunately, shortly after driving on the highway, the vehicle exhibited severe instability, commonly referred to as the "death wobble," which caused significant distress to my family. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to Rak for assistance, I did not receive any response to my calls or emails.
