Took the vehicle in for steering issues (specifically stated the known issue which was the gear box because steering was extremely loose husband was formerly ASE certified tech over 20+ yrs) which obviously never got inspected because they would’ve known NOT to do an alignment. They did rear end work and instead stated whatever they did to the rear end was the cause and the truck was in very bad need of an alignment.... read more
Wife’s car was totaled. So we spent weeks shopping. Found one she like 2 1/2 hours away at Winter Haven Dodge. Please understand….the car that had been totaled was a car she always wanted. I bought it for her birthday, as such, titled in my name. The used car we bought was going in her name. She is a disabled vet and wanted a DV tag. We were told dealer couldn’t do DV tag. No problem. Give us a temporary to get home and to the DMV. WE WERE TOLD THEY COULDNT Do that either. They said they needed to put a new tag on it and we ... read more
Was overcharged the problem still exist went back was told that it will cost me 1750 to change key fob went to a locksmith it only cost me 150.00 and no more problems with my vehicle after that I wouldn't recommend anyone to that place to repair there vehicle.
