Nice place the doctor was great
My first experience with ASPIRE was disappointing; however, this week (July 16, 2025) I found Maria most helpful. My 4-month old, top of the line hearing aid just quit working. When I stopped by WH Audiology ( I was assured by previous audiologist that drop-off and even service while waiting would be a standard practice) I was told that I would have to make an appointment "next week" to see the audiologist - in other words I would be without a functioning hearing aid for over a week. Dr. Wilkins has been treating my wife for over a year. This time it was my turn and she saw me right away and got to the bottom of the problem. She is a kind and caring person and is extremely knowledgeable in her field. I consider it a privilege to be her patient!
My name is Mackenzie and I’ve had such a great experience with Dr. Kayla! She made sure my hearing aids were comfortable and also tweaked my hearing aids to where they wouldn’t be super loud especially with my sensitive hearing. Keep in mind, I have autism and I may have sensory issues especially around fireworks and sirens.
