The dr was very nice and knowledgeable. She tuned my hearing aids to just what I needed. It is nice to see a Dr that cares about you!
Winterhaven Audiology recently had a change of ownership. The new owners are great. The audiologists are very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. It is easy to work with them. And, they listen to what you have to say. I recommend them highly.
The service here was exceptional. Audiologist Taylor Nye was such a pleasure to meet. You know all the paperwork you fill out ahead of time, Taylor actually read it and we discussed it before the hearing test was done. He explained all the tests that he ran for my hearing exam. We went over the results and he explained what my hearing limitations were and what my options were to improve my hearing. Highly recommend Winter Haven Audiology.

I would give 0 stars if possible!I have to remove my good review of Winter Haven Audiology! since Dr Barlow is no longer there this women doctor is totally incompetent! she messed up my hearing aids by filling them up with glue! she glued the replaceable tubes in so I can't change them myself and now I find out that I can't even get the tubes changed for $10 like I've done for the past 5 years! I now have to pay an office visit fee of $50 to $70! Just to have the tubes changed! what a ripoff! I won't be able to go back there... read more
