I thought all hope was lost when my charger for my hearing aids was not charging them. I figured this was going to cost an arm and a leg. Well Rosa the receptionist asked me to get her look at the charger and plugged it in, and saw what I was dealing with. She said that I can make an appointment. They were very helpful with the testing. Their offices were wheelchair accessible as was the testing room. I got a lot of information regarding the condition of my hearing that was very beneficial. Look forward to working with them in the future. Follow up on my review, I did receive my new hearing aids. I really appreciate the guidance I have gotten from them on the different models. It's interesting to hear all the things I've been missing. Definitely recommend them if you are looking at hearing aids or have hearing loss. ... read more

From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a smile. Both the doctor and the young woman at the entrance to the office are respectful. They treated me with respect. The doctor explained all my options clearly and helped me choose the right one for me.
The dr was very nice and knowledgeable. She tuned my hearing aids to just what I needed. It is nice to see a Dr that cares about you!
