By far, it is one of the best experiences I've ever had. The adventure simply getting to the harbour with a camper on the back of the truck was incredible. Beautiful scenery despite the roads being no different than logging roads. It made it fun! Once at the harbour campsite, the hosts were very friendly and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. Winter Harbor Marina and RV is an amazing place to visit for exploration and fishing! Considering the location, prices are good and you are surrounded by nature. While luck is always a factor, we often see black bears, sea otters, humpback whales, porpoises and more! Not to mention the fishing is great! We went out on a charter with them, and the focus of the charter was fair, competitive sports fishing.
