Great spot...rustic and unique variety of sleeping accommodations. And they have wifi now!!

Winter Harbor Marina and RV is an amazing place to visit for exploration and fishing! Considering the location, prices are good and you are surrounded by nature. While luck is always a factor, we often see black bears, sea otters, humpback whales, porpoises and more! Not to mention the fishing is great! We went out on a charter with them, and the focus of the charter was fair, competitive sports fishing. Winter Harbour Marina is charming, friendly, inclusive and a great place to fish! We arrived with a flat trailer tire. A pleasant local - friend of the managers - volunteered to get it fixed in Port Hardy, a rough two hour drive. He had an errand there; brought back the tire the next day. Another guest lent us his commercial grade vacuum bagger to preserve our catch. Meanwhile, excellent managers Julia and Don could not have been more helpful and pleasant.
