This review is LONG overdue, but A++ exceptional service is what I receive every time I come in! Their service department is truly a blessing, especially with Riley on the team! He has gone above and beyond and a real blessing for me and my bike, Rocco,(Yes, I named my e bike lol). It's always a pleasure anytime walking in, thank you for genuinely caring about your customers all these years!!
Purchased 2 e-bikes from some guy named Neil. Such a long story didn’t explain anything just about commission. 1 week later had issues and spent 6 hours dropping off said was ready and not. Angry obviously taking personal time as I expressed he called the cops! 3 officers who had more important matters over a bike! Will never never do business with these people! He needs to be fired! Worst experience ever in my life! Cops? Really? Hated experience and definitely NO trust!
Josh was helpful when my pedal and crank arm fell off.. really helped me out so i could get home
