This is seriously the worst dentist's office in all of Winter Garden, all they care about are selling, selling, selling and not actual patient care and service. I wish I could select 0 stars because of how bad my and my husband's experience with them was. They even told me that I have 2 cavities, when in fact, I did not have ANY--as confirmed by my new dentist! I have never had a bad experience at a dentist office till now. I went in for a root canal the place is nice the receptionist is rude! I had gone in on two seperate occasions to have one procedure done. The hygienist are like car sales people as long as ur spending money there happy. The dentist could not complete my root canal so they said I would be refunded. I was only refunded Hals the amount owed when I called to find out why I was hung up on.
