Terrible customer service from both the rep and technician. I scheduled an appointment for a running toilet and clogged garbage disposal. I asked up front for cost estimates, the rep told me that it is a $95 service call and then there were possible labor and parts costs. She did not tell me that the labor was a minimum $195, so just with that, we were already at $300 before any work was actually done. Outdoor drain kept clogging with leaves. He cleaned it out, installed a leaf guard, and tested flow with a hose. Working perfectly now.
