I really like it here. I get my sweat on each time. You can come to as many or as little sessions as you want. They are only 30 mins each and run back to back incase you want to be there longer. There is one trainer. The session usually ranges from 1-10people depending on which time you go. You make it harder by increasing your weights. Everyday is different and I never feel bored. They also help you reach nutritional goals and weightloss goals via "weigh ins"
