John was wonderful to work with! My husband and I first tried to wash our living room carpet ourselves with a neighbor's carpet cleaner on a Friday night. After it did not give us the results that we wanted, I contacted John on Saturday morning via requesting a quote on Google. He messaged me back within the hour and said he could come on Monday! John did such a fantastic job. I had him clean my Moms and Brothers carpet also. He also knows his stuff when it comes to the best ways to clean different carpets. Highly recommend to anyone!
