I was told after installation they would come for a follow up to discuss poor ventilation in my daughter's room but they never came back. Should've held the check until they did that and that's my fault but I'm just too trusting. Lesson learned. They also never replaced the pipe insulation on the outside unit and used the old corroded one which I will replace myself. Otherwise the ac is working well.
