I just took delivery on a single racing shell--a shell they had listed on their website. I wasn't there to buy a fleet of boats for a school/college team, I was just buying one boat. But I'd swear they treated me like I was buying a fleet. John (thank you John!) was my main contact, and I felt like he was tuned in/engaged and responsive to my criteria and needs for a boat. Awesome group of people to deal with who always look to help out and make things right! I know what the reputation of wintech used to be, and I can say the ownership group now is working hard to build a quality brand and experience
Outrageous fee for doing minor repairs. What they did do all started flaking off after one year. We are very very dissatisfied with this place. We found a guy in Rhode Island who fixed our boat perfectly for 5 times less money than what this place wanted. Thank goodness for other capable people who don't take advantage of others.
