Dealt with Brian. After 3 unanswered emails I got this customer service amateur on the phone. He updated my previous quote and said he’d email it to me “right away”. Three days later no email. Got Brian on the phone again and said I didn’t receive the quote as promised. He then said “because I haven’t sent it yet and if people would stop bothering me I’d get more done.” So I did just that. Friendly on phone. Wish they would have told me they are closed on friday, July 3rd. Drove over 2 hours to be let down. I need R410a. Nitrogen, and a mini split condenser mount. Air conditioning doesn't take holidays when the air is filled with smoke. Enjoy your long holiday. I work 7 days a week.
