It should be zero. The most unprofessional experience in my life. I had purchased an expansion tank and told them it had to be used horizontally. The salesman said it didn’t matter and sold me one. The instruction said in all caps and bold print NOT TO BE USE IN THE HOIZONAL POSITION. When returning the purchase, the counter guy tried to say it can be used and not pay attention to the instructions. Don't waste your time. Showroom staff perfectly pleasant but no alacrity whatsoever. Phone calls to follow up to in-person visits and emails are unanswered. If you actually need to get something done, go elsewhere.

Terrible company who doesn't know what they're doing and staff is lazy. Tried working with Brian in A/C supplies. Needed a condenser coil for a Trane AC. Dealing with triple digit summer heat for three weeks and still nothing. Decided to go another route since Brian was lazy and wouldn't follow through with his words.

I have been doing business with May's supply for many years. But on December 13, 2018, I returned pex rings back for a return, with a bill of sale document. But employer Tyler stated under new policy of the store, the money has to be returned the credit card. But another employee was recieving a return gave a customer a refund and echange.
