We have called multiple times, and each time we have been told that we would get a call back. We have had to follow up each time since we have never received a call back. We called for the first time on Friday, 3/21, we were told they would call the manufacturer and get back to us. We did not get a call back; we followed up the following week and were told the part had been ordered. When we got ahold of someone, they said the part would be in in 3-5 days.
